Tsugami offers the S206 20-mm CNC precision automatic lathe with backworking Y axis. Also offered is the SS26 26-mm Super Swiss Turn, which is chucker convertible, to provide flexibility to configure the machine as desired. Its modular tool zone design reduces setup and change-over times, the company says.

 

The SS207 20-mm Super Swiss turn is built with the same standard features of other SS models. The Swiss turning machine is designed with a continuous B-axis control, lending it the characteristics of a four-axis or five-axis machining center.

 

The company also offers the S206 20-mm CNC precision automatic lathe with a backworking Y-axis.

 

In addition to these models, Swiss-type machines offered are the SS32 Super Swiss Turn, the BH20 and BH38 premium CNC precision automatic lathes, the BE20 CNC precision automatic lathe and the TMU1 sliding headstock precision turning center with ATC.

 

All models feature opposed gang slides and the company’s automatic programming system that is designed to permit simultaneous operation of the main and subspindle in order to maximize machining capabilities and flexibility.
