The Precitrame CNC rotary transfer machine includes 14 spindles ranging to 6,000 rpm, an NC–controlled rotary table and 14 floating fixtures measuring 120 mm. Positioning accuracy is 5 mm. All spindles include manual, quick-connect clamping and/or through-spindle coolant. They can be configured for horizontal or vertical operation. Equipped with the Siemens 840D CNC, the multi-station machine with automated material handling is suited for high production of precision parts, the company says.

 

The transfer machine is designed for the automotive industry, among others with short cycle times.
