The 601 Versafuge is designed for fluid cleaning, chip wringing, sludge drying, parts cleaning and washing and drying. This centrifuge provides a cleaning force of 350g.

According to the company, the system’s 10-gallon bowl provides cost-effective fluid reclamation for process lubrication and cooling systems. For batch fluid reclamation, the centrifuge has a chip- or swarf-handling capacity of 130 lbs per load.

Features include a touchscreen control, an out-of-balance safety system, a safety lid latch and optional hoist and bucket dump units. Using standard chip pans and dollies for batch, fluid or parts cleaning operations, the system is easily integrated into any shop without need for an overhead crane, the company says. It is small enough to be placed near the production operation it supports. This allows the production equipment operators to load and unload the centrifuge with minimal diversion from their primary tasks.
