Now that the holiday season is behind us, we would like to take this opportunity to turn your attention to PMPA’s 2017 Management Update Conference on March 3-5 in Nashville, Tennessee. For more than 40 years, through good times and bad, the Management Update Conference has been providing members with the education, insights and management tools to help your businesses adapt and thrive.
The 2017 conference is no exception.

The PMPA Management Update committee has assembled a great program for you, featuring business sessions focused on workforce development and cultural transformation that create a culture based on strengths, accountable leadership, team building, confl ict management, and attracting and retaining employees. There will also be an opportunity to gain valuable economic insights into what our industry can expect under the new Trump administration. By popular demand, the highly successful “speed networking” session will return this year, as will the “30/30/30” roundtable discussion groups with all new topics.

Management Update is an important component of the multi-faceted value package PMPA offers our members. In addition to the numerous opportunities for technical networking, regulatory assistance, IT and HR dialogue, and legislative advocacy, our Management Update Conference also serves as a melting pot for PMPA members at every level of the organization to meet, greet and add to their professional rolodex. If you’ve never attended a PMPA national meeting or Management Update, please do not miss this great networking opportunity. Bring your key people to this event and expose them to new contacts, innovative ideas and fresh perspectives. We are hoping to attract a wider and more diverse group of attendees this year, representing all functional areas of our member companies. With that in mind, we have added networking sessions specifically designed for our next generation, emerging leaders and our female members as well.

Conference registration is now open! Make your plans to join us in March at the Hilton Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, the fi rst time the city hosts Management Update. We look forward to seeing you in 2017!
