PMPA 2016 Management Update Conference: Transformational Leadership

PMPA Management Update Conference will be held Friday – Sunday, February 26-28, at the Loews Portofi no Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando in Orlando, Florida.

PMPA’s premier networking event, the Management Update Conference, will be held Friday – Sunday, February 26-28, 2016, at the beautiful and charming Loews Portofi no Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando in Orlando, Florida. This year’s conference is being touted as “not your father’s Management Update Conference” and incorporates a theme of “Transformational Leadership.”

The conference promises a fresh and innovative twist on leadership development through interactive team-building exercises and effectively planned networking. Leadership consultant, Mark Crowley, kicks off the conference with his Transformational Leadership message on how to lead from the heart. Izzy Gesell, using his background in improv, will engage attendees in Transformational Thinking in his communication skills workshop that will help you become the leader you’d like to follow. He provides takeaways to be a more confi dent, spontaneous and balanced individual. Learn how to develop your millennial employees with Diane Thielfoldt. They are the future of your organization. Clare Zempel provides an economic and financial market outlook as we head into the second half of this decade. Breakout sessions on HR, regulatory and IT topics will be offered. Roundtable discussion topics hosted by member companies will offer a chance to network and share common challenges.

If you have never been to a PMPA Management Update Conference or have not attended in a while, you are encouraged to attend this year’s event. We promise you will come away with more new PMPA contacts and friends from this one weekend than any other meeting or event.

Join us in Orlando for the conference, and take some time to enjoy the Universal Orlando theme parks adjoining the hotel property.
