Because Walter USA has consistent financial growth and demonstrates a commitment to good business practice through its employee relations, customer-focused commitment and community service involvement, the company was recently named a 2013 Top 10 Business of the Year by the Waukesha County Business Alliance and media partner BizTimes Media LLC.
The annual award recognizes companies headquartered in southeastern Wisconsin. Muff Tanriverdi, president of Walter Americas, was proud of the honor. “The award truly shows the efforts made by our employees to our continued success, as well as our commitment to the economic vitality of the Waukesha area, both as an employer as well as good corporate citizens.”
The award was also recognized by Governor Scott Walker and Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch of Wisconsin with a Certificate of Achievement.
