The China CNC Machine Tool Fair (CCMT) was initiated in Shanghai in 2000 and has been held eight times. The event is sponsored by the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders' Association (CMTBA) and is organized by the CMTBA and Shanghai International Exhibition Co. Ltd. (SIEC). The 2016 theme of the event is "New Environment, New Pattern, New Action."
