Bob McKee Announces Retirement from Cimcool

After a total of 34 years of service to Milacron, Bob McKee, president - Cimcool Fluid Technology, has announced his intention to retire later this year.

After a total of 34 years of service to Milacron, Bob McKee, president - Cimcool Fluid Technology, has announced his intention to retire later this year. For the next several months, Mr. McKee will work closely with his successor, Jack Teat, to assure a seamless leadership transition for this global, legacy business.

When asked about his decision to retire, Mr. McKee says, “For more than three decades, I have had the pleasure to work for an outstanding company with remarkable employees. As I begin this new and exciting chapter of my life, I leave with the confidence that my successor will continue to uphold the high standards and excellent service we provide to our customers.”

Bob McKee joined Milacron in 1977 as a development engineer on the grinding wheel side of what then was known as the Products Division (grinding wheels and cutting fluids). He moved through a series of managerial positions in product development, account service, operations, marketing and general management. In the early 1990s, Bob
held senior management positions within the abrasives industry. He returned in 1995 as
president of Talbot Holdings (tooling technology subsidiary) and advanced to president,
Cimcool Fluid Technology, a position he has held for the last 12 years for Milacron.
