Fives Cincinnati Names New President

Steve Thiry has been named president of Fives Cincinnati and its Global Services division. Mr. Thiry brings more than 30 years of international and domestic manufacturing experience, and most recently served as CEO of Fives Landis Ltd., in the U.K.

Before joining Fives, Mr. Thiry served as director of business development at The Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT). In that capacity, he provided management consulting to American manufacturers seeking to expand into international markets. He established member support services in Eastern Europe and India and expanded existing services in China.
 
He earned his undergraduate degree in from St. Norbert College and received his Master’s degree in Business from Rutgers University. He will be based at Fives Cincinnati, located in Hebron, Kentucky, and plans to relocate to the Cincinnati, Ohio, area.
