It is a combination of the parts businesses of Davenport, B&S Screw Machine, Ergomat/Traub and Crudgington Machine Tool. The purpose for joining these businesses is to create an organization that will concentrate on better serving the replacement parts needs of customers, according to Davenport. The trade names of these companies will continue to be emphasized. The company also plans to move the warehouse to a larger facility.
