R& R modular fixturing introduces FixtureBuilder 3D CAD software for documenting fixture setups and doing offline part programming. It is possible to build a fixture setup quickly and easily from the company's catalogs of components and base plates. Simply click and drag and snap into position. The software automatically builds a list of components and their placement for future reference. If desired, a part's CAD file can be imported into the setup to show the part and the fixture. For those with offline programming capabilities, the whole fixture and part can be exported to create a part program.
