KEB Industries offers guide bushings, collets and accessory tooling for Swiss-type CNC screw machines. The guide bushings feature coaxiality of at least 0.0002". Carbide-lined, Meehanite and hardened steel models are available in round, square, hex and custom shapes.
Manufactured to 0.0005" TIR, the hardened-steel collets are available in the same shapes as guide bushings. Additional collets include extended-nose designs for pickoff operations and emergency, or "soft," collets that can be machined to meet size requirements. Also available are saw arbors and extra-capacity saw arbors; carbide slitting saws; toolsleeve holders; micro- and standard-sized end mills; ER collets and holders; and a cutting oil designed for Swiss CNC screw machines.
