The company offers an automated robot for increasing the efficiency of the unloading process on CNC machines. After the part is cut off and discharged, a lifting mechanism singulates and positions the part so it can be unloaded by the robot arm. The robot then utilizes a strong magnet to lift parts. Programmed to tilt the part, the robot can dump any coolant prior to stacking. It can then stack the part in a bundle frame or move the part to the next operation. With the ability to swing 180 degrees, the robot can service two machines by swinging back and forth.
