Their design consists of an “L” shaped inner ring integrated with a shaft washer, an outer ring, two thrust roller cage assemblies, and a radial full complement roller row. Rollers are calibrated during assembly to impart appropriate preload and promote increased bearing service life, stiffness and rotating accuracy while reducing noise levels.

Bore diameters range from 50 mm to 400 mm (for inner ring) and 120 mm to 500 mm (for outer ring). Bearings can be lubricated easily with grease or oil using dedicated lubrication holes located in the inner or outer ring or pre-lubricated bearings can be supplied to offer the proper amount of lubrication regardless of high or low operating speed.
