The Thinbit Deepgroove support blade-style tooling now accommodates cutting depths to 32 mm. Blades are in face grooving (20 mm major diameter and greater) or OD parting configurations and are compatible with 2-mm, 3-mm, 4-mm, 5-mm and 6-mm inserts. Microbit solid carbide tools include acme threading profiles, which are designed to cut thread sizes 6, 10, 12, 14 and 16 TPI in diameters from 3/16" to 1/2".
