Universal Burnishing Tools are available for turning or boring-type applications from Cogsdill Tool. The tools achieve low surface finishes on shafts, faces, tapers, contours and large IDs (2.75"/70 mm). Standard tool designs are available off-the-shelf for use on any part size or configuration to suit any turning machine. The tools are adjustable for optimum burnishing pressure and are available from stock with hardened steel or carbide rollers.
