CAM Software Recognizes Part Topology

TopSolid'Cam is an integrated CAM software for the manufacture of machined parts. Based on the automatic recognition of topological properties, it identifies individual shapes and can thus suggest the best machining methods to us. Machine simulation, collision check, spindle synchronization, raw part updating and visualization of material removal are the software's elements for toolpath programming. It manages complex mill-turn machines and is capable of piloting turning, 2-axes milling, 3-axis milling, 4- and 5-axis continued milling and turning, synchronization and complex simulation.

The software offers a complete integration of 2D, 3D and 5-axes continued milling while working on the same file. Synchronization management is provided by the chronogram which allows simultaneous machining operations and manages operations by turrets, spindles or canals.

TopSolid'Cam also offers algorithm possibilities for roughing operations notably suited for the aeronautical domain.
