The ATAM-4000 increases CNC machine throughput by enabling each tool to be operated at its maximum efficiency. It provides "real-time-in-process" visualization of each tool action, which enables quick data driven guidance to the optimum feed, speed and depth of cut for a particular process, material and machine.
By also providing full-time process protection, the system enables a user to safely optimize their process with full protection from machine crash, damage to fixtures or expensive toolholders.
Once a process is optimized, the system continues to protect a process with millisecond response to prevent loss of production from defective parts and broken tooling. And event log provides process data to optimize and verify performance.
