The Navarro collet lever, incorporates roller design that extends the life of the collet lever while increasing part to part accuracy and reducing friction and wear to the bobbin of the machine. Collet lever wear can cause loss of part to part accuracy, parts slipping in the spindle and wear to the bobbin. The collet lever incorporates a wear-resisting roller, which eliminates frequent, expensive and time consuming replacement of collet levers, saving shops time and money. The lever is especially useful for production shops where short cycle times and long production runs leave no time or margin for collet lever replacement and when 100-percent machine uptime and part to part quality has to be maintained.
