The combination bar puller cutoff tool for CNC from Somma Tool Company saves a turret position because it is a bar puller and cutoff tool in one unit. Cycle time is reduced because there is a no need to index between cutoff and pulling operations. A single screw adjustment allows the jaws to be set up and adjusted in minutes for the next job. One turn of the screw moves both jaws in or out exactly 0.100". Screw adjustment is infinitely adjustable as opposed to serrated designs that have adjustment limitation. The bar puller will accept various brand of insert-style cutoff blades as well as jaws and jaw fingers.
