Genevieve Swiss Industries Inc. supplies a compact parts finishing system that is especially useful on delicate, small, nonferrous parts that are typically manufactured by Swiss-type machines.

The Centrifugical Magnetic Finisher uses stainless steel pins 0.0118" to 0.0196" in diameter as media. The media is driven by a magnetic disc inside a motorized base creating a certrifugical vortex. The system cleans and burnishes as well as removes micro-burrs from small parts without damaging delicate surface features such as threads or knurls. It can also provide edge breaks of 0.001" to 0.002".

CMF units are compact and are of a table-top design that can be kept next to machines where operators can debur their own parts as the machine completes them. Available in 6", 9" and 12" models, there is a size available for any part and lot size. The unit operates on 110 V or 220 V power.
