VacuFilter is a compact vacuum filter unit that features a vacuum pump to draw fluids through a filter media to capture the solids--a drag conveyor is used to pull and elevate the paper and sludge to a discharge area for disposal.

The free-standing CCC unit is placed near a machine's coolant tank and is designed to continuously monitor oil and coolant characteristics such as concentration, pH level, conductivity, temperature and volume to required plant specifications.

Additional displays of chip processing systems will include the FastPac Briquetter chip compacting machine, a VBU chip wringer for drying chips and recovering residual coolant and oil plus a compact chip shredded for breaking up long chip strings and nests.
