The Dasco Sol 2106A is a water soluble coolant, offering outstanding sump life, according to the company. The fluid is suitable for moderate-duty machining of both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Dascool 2357 is a heavier duty product, specially designed for the machining of cast aluminum. No tank-side additives are required to achieve outstanding sump life, with negligible biological growth. Both fluids were designed to be dermally non-toxic to operators, as demonstrated by independent laboratory testing. Also, the coolants are controlled by simple concentration checks, minimizing maintenance requirements and machine downtime.
