Daimer Industries’ line of Eco-Green, eco-friendly cleaning chemicals for machine shops include all-natural degreasers, metal cleaners, parts washers and commercial-grade hand soaps.

The formulations are derived from plants and vegetables without any ozone-depleting substances, synthetics or volatile organic compounds. In addition, these products have been certified as readily biodegradable. The chemicals biodegrade by more than 90 percent within 28 days, according to testing performed by an internationally known laboratory.

The line employs Daimer’s micro-blasting technology, which uses nano-based particles—1/80,000 the thickness of human hair—to penetrate unwanted substances and pierce the carbon bonds holding dirt and grease molecules together. As a result, the particles are easy to remove and less likely to re-adhere to cleaned surfaces.
