The RT8 eight-station rotary includes components from base casting to spindle. Each head is easily moved from one station to another. Switches enable pre-programmed movement routines for drilling, tapping, milling, threading, backdrilling and more. The table accepts jaw, soft jaws or surprisingly simple collet chucks made of only four parts and keyed to prevent blank rotation. The collet chuck does not retract the part upon closing, but maintains its position. According to the company, the machine adapts easily to a range of operations.
