The MMQ 200 Formtester cylindricity machine with automated T7W probing system has a ± 360-degree motorized bidirectional probe intended to reduce operator involvement and improve measurement capability. It comes with the latest EasyForm Version 3.0 software.
 
Automated probe positioning means an operator can put a part on the machine, walk away, and the whole measurement can be done automatically.
 
The user interface of the software guides users through measurement setup and operation. Measurement results are immediately displayed on the screen, including 3D representation with color or grid lines providing an interactive graphic preview. Results can be printed, saved in file formats, or exported for analysis in other software packages.
 
Optimized for the measure of cylindricity through rotational table axis and vertical axis integration, the machine can also perform a range of ISO and/or ASME form checks, including roundness, straightness, flatness (from a polar trace), parallelism, concentricity, coaxiality, runout, total runout, taper, perpendicularity, angularity and angle sector (roundness, flatness, runout).
