Thinbit offers Littlebit grooving inserts for parting and external and internal grooving. Grooving inserts are available in 0.004" through 0.125" in 0.001" increments. Parting inserts are available in 0.025" width with 0.2" depth of cut and 0.45", 0.062", 0.085" and 0.125" with a 0.5" depth of cut. The inserts are made from impact-resistant, submicron grain carbide or high speed steel and stocked for 24-hour shipment. Custom geometries including radius, lead angles, modified threading and blank geometries are available for shipment within days.
