This twin-spindle lathe is built for high efficiency when producing high-volume precision parts at high speeds. The machine is equipped with the Fuji Max SPI controller that automatically calculates fluid robotic motion, maximizing efficiency. Built-in automation is provided with the four-axis rack and pinion swing arm robot. This robot features faster and smoother simultaneous multi-axis movement to access the front, back, left and right of the traverse axis and to achieve minimum cycle times. This machine is a 3,000 rpm twin-spindle machine with 30 hp and a 12-position turret.
