Burr-Off hole-deburring tools are now available for smaller hole sizes. Two new nominal sizes will deburr holes as small as 0.093” (2.36 mm) and 0.109” (2.77 mm) respectively, according to the company.
The tools deburr the front, back or both sides of holes in one pass and are designed for high-production, automated deburring operations, according to the company. The open-slot design of the "clothespin" tool allows chips to clear easily, which is said to make the tool good for automatic equipment and multi-spindle machines.
