The Mill 1 line of end mills is offered in diameters from 0.97" to 8". The line was designed to ramp aggressively so it delivers pocketing and hole drilling performance, the company says.
The end mills also offer an increase in maximum rotational speed, which is said to enable productivity gains in cutting softer materials. The cutters are also capable of producing square shoulders to closer tolerances.
The company also offers a spotting drill with built-in chamfering capabilities and grade KC7315 for its KSEM line of modular carbide drills.
