The Oasis Inspection System from George Products Company Inc. is designed to quickly measure parts, eliminate quality control bottlenecks and increase productivity by reducing inspection time from minutes to seconds. According to the company, by placing a part on the pedestal, dimensions are measured instantly and simultaneously with a color-coded display panel that shows the actual measured dimension and the user-defined upper and lower limits (tolerances) with pass/fail indications for all measurements.

The machine features built-in quality control inspection reporting. Measurements taken are recorded as parts are inspected, creating a customizable report that can be printed and saved for future retrieval. This report can be generated for the dimensions of a single inspected part or for a group of parts in a production run. Dimensions can also be exported to an SPC software package for real-time data acquisition and greater process control.
