W.D. Quinn Saw Co., circular saw blade sharpening and sales specialists since 1903, are having live demonstrations of its high performance coated carbide tipped circular saw blades, cutting 1.75" diameter steel barstock using a dedicated rotary transfer-type cutoff unit.

The company displays custom engineered tooling ranging from threadmilling to trepanning for reducing rotary transfer machine cycle times.

The ability to improve cycle times on other stations of a Hydromat increases the importance and demand for higher performance cutoff blades to reduce the overall cycle time and increase efficiency on the rotary transfer machine.

Complementing the demonstration cutoff unit, is a range of HSS, carbide and cermet tipped circular saw blades on display.
