The company offers various machining technologies including the machining of turbine blades on the 518TB five- to six-axis machining center with full CAD/CAM operation. The auxiliary slide equipped with tailstock, collet chuck or divider guarantees increased flexibility for blade support during machining.

Machining of surgical instruments is possible in one cycle on the company’s 408MT multi-process barstock-fed six- to seven-axis machining center with a backworking device and automatic handling system.

The 408S2 machining center with five simultaneous axes contains a high-dynamic, direct-drive double divider unit, and is able to machine prismatic complex parts.

The 508MT multi-process barstock-fed six- to eight-axis machining center is equipped with a backworking device with three working positions (counter-spindle, vice and tailstock) and an automatic handling system.

The 508S, with a Heidenhain CNC, machines knee prostheses on high-dynamic, five simultaneous axes.
