The Tecnifor XF500 stand-alone marking machine is said to be easy to use for marking all types of materials and shapes up to a hardness of 62 HRC and features an integrated control unit that operates without computer interface. Designed to be hand loaded, the machine requires no installation or on-site training and is virtually an “unpack and plug-in” marking unit. The large display offers a backlit preview screen that allows the operator to view the text or graphic before printing.

The marking unit is available with pneumatic or electromagnetic styli and offers a marking area of 100 x 120 mm. It can be equipped with a rotary device for marking around cylindrical parts or a tag feeder to automatically mark and feed tags as needed.
