The Tesavio non-contact video measuring system combines a high-definition CCD camera with Tesatouch software for precision measurement of complex parts.
These measuring machines offer 20 × to 135 × standard magnification with available 40 × to 270 × and an optional 2 × auxiliary lens. A high-resolution image of the part feature is projected on a 15" VGA flat LCD touchscreen. Using the measurement and inspection software, the company says projected images can be captured as data files and transmitted via a parallel port to a printer or via an Ethernet port to a LAN for real-time distribution throughout an organization.
Operators can easily access pre-programmed measuring routines by selecting the appropriate icon on the touchscreen interface, the company says.
The system features linear glass scales with 0.0001"/0.001-mm resolution, an adjustable 150 W surface ring illumination and collimated profile light with automatic lamp shutoff, a zoom magnification display window, positioning laser spot, adjustable cross hairs, a USB port, mouse and keyboard.
