Designed for use in small to medium machining plants and as a transitional add-on for larger operations, the MiniSystem for metal chips reclaims valuable cutting oil, increases the potential value of scrap and lowers labor costs. It's simple to operate, compact and requires no special wiring or plumbing. It can be used to process steel chips, stainless, aluminum, brass or cast iron. The "diagonal shaft wringer" operates with 700 G's of force said to extract up to 98 percent of once lost cutting fluids. Dry/recyclable chips are produced at rates of up to 1,000 lbs/hr. of steel. It comes standard with a bar-end separator. Options include a system feed dumper, shredder, filtration and a recirculating "fines" drag-out conveyor within the self-contained settling tank.
