Scientific Cutting Tools has introduced a new line of solid carbide mini-boring bars with diameters ranging from 0.015” to 0.045”. They are fluted to retain maximum strength. All bars are available with a 1/8” shank diameter and 1 1/2" OAL with minimum hole-depth ranges from 0.015” to 0.045” and maximum depth ranges from 0.050” to 0.300.” All tools are in stock with or without a TiAlN coating.
The company offers an array of thread mills, specialty end mills, single-point tools and port tools made from the finest submicronic carbide and high-speed steel. All tools have been engineered for high performance and ground to tight tolerances in the U.S. on new-generation CNC tool and cutter grinders.
