Te-Co offers a complete line of modular CMM fixturing in ¼ to 20 UNC for holding parts during inspection. Within this system, the company offers fixture plates, fixture towers, a wide selection of standoffs and pin rest pads, magnetic rest pads and soft touch clamps. The hard coat, black anodized aluminum CMM fixture plates have ¼ to 20 UNC tapped holes on ½" centers and are alpha-numerically labeled for documenting fixture setups. Standard fixture plate sizes are as small as 12" × 12" and as large as 28" × 40". Diameter standoffs of ½", ¾" and 1" come in height increments of ½", ¾", 1", 2" and 3" to allow managers to build repeatable part fixtures that offer optimal part access for measurement with a CMM. After a part has been located and positioned, the soft-touch clamps provide the light clamping force for holding parts in position under touch probing.
