The company launched a line of toolholder options designed and manufactured by Core Powered Inc. specifically engineered for the Hydromat two-axis 5100 CNC unit.

The Core Powered modular tool system is designed to work with the Core Powered coolant feed attachment, which is available for recess head tools.

Holders mount directly to the recess head with options to fit existing top notch or standard off-the-shelf inserts. Interchangeable and modular, this system is designed to eliminate expensive custom toolholders. According to the company, benefits include fast tooling lead time, increased setup flexibility and reduced tooling inventory.
