Ergomat's TBC 60 multi-slide, high-production lathe can place as many as four tools into the cut simultaneously. Powered by a GE Fanuc 18iTB CNC and servodrives, the machine features a Sauter two-axis turret with eight powered tool positions. It is equipped with two vertical forming and cutoff slides as well as one compound, single-point turning slide. With one synchronous pickoff spindle and three backwork positions, the lathe is available in three sizes: 30 mm, 42 mm and 60 mm.
