The ACW 6-57-CNC seven-axis multi-spindle screw machine features a new style, one-piece guarding and interlock system, to meet with OSHA regulations. Other features include position 4 and 5 CNC cross-slides, position 4 and 5 CNC independent slides, CNC controls for center block and pick-up spindle, direct drive, variable speed and feed motors, and available with Fanuc or Siemens Controls.
According to the company, it offers advice on cycle times from 2 seconds and fantastic repeatability with its multi-spindle.
