The company's new automatic bar feeder is said to be extremely accurate in positioning and feeding automatically. Its rigid design can handle up to 100 bars, yet provide high rotational speed, and easy and fast loading. The oil bath allows quiet operation. The continuous production can boost part per minute productivity. Bar capacities range from 2 to 32 mm, depending on the model, with bar lengths up to 4,000 mm. The company provides simple integration and installation with the machine. The new MSF 522/6 is designed for integration with the MultiDECO 20 mm machine with six spindles. The interchangeable synthetic bar guides with mechanical locking and oil bath system can accommodate a continuous production of up to 35 parts per minute. The bars rotate up to 6,000 rpm in the feeder. Setup data is conveniently entered on the machine's CNC screen. Other new Robobar bar feeders include the SSF-220 for DECO 2000 Swiss-types with 7 to 20 mm capacities; the SSF-532 for the 26 mm capacity single spindles; and the MSL 320, MSF-316/6 and MSF-832/6 for conventional multispindles and MultiDECOs.
