Vericut 6.0 features several enhancements aimed at enabling manufacturing engineers to simulate the entire CNC machining process. Using the software, operators can now view and configure multiple setups in one session and simulate machines with synchronized tools, spindles and auxiliary attachments. According to maker CGTech, the redesigned tool manager can simplify NC program optimization. Also included is an enhanced model export option that exports in-process “cut models” as native CATIA V5, ACIS, SAT and STEP models.
