Pero AG’s S1 parts cleaning center is designed to efficiently clean swarf and grease off of individually positioned parts and bulk materials during intermediate and final cleaning. Its compact size suits it to both smaller companies (for complete cleaning tasks) and industrial users (for cleaning subtasks). It can also be used for tool cleaning. The machine’s heating and media capacities are optimized for efficiency in grease removal applications.

During wet cleaning, the center’s cleaning mechanics are created by flooding and wave flooding as well as optimized swiveling and rotation. The machine can use modified alcohols or hydrocarbons, with ultrasound as another option. Vapor degreasing methods thoroughly remove oil and grease from parts. By directly discharging the dirty condensate, the load on the medium tank is reduced for better overall part cleanliness. Cleaned parts can be rinsed with medium from the tank.

The feeding table enables low-weight batches of clean parts to be pushed in and out separately from the dirty parts. For batch weights approaching 80 kg, the center offers automatic feeding along with parts carrier combinations such as adaptor pallets and basket-in-basket systems.

The center uses large filter bags with sealing collars and a fineness ranging from 1 to 50 microns. The filtration of the medium occurs during full flow. Filter drying is another feature, eliminating dripping filters and reducing unpleasant odors.
