Kinefac offers Kinespin’s centrifugal washer/dryer machines with vertical processing tanks for various aqueous-based wash and rinse solutions or the application of rust preventatives and other coatings to prevent corrosion. The vertical processing tanks take up less floor space and include separate feed and return pumps with in-line filtration when required. The fully automatic systems are said to provide a cost-effective method for handling various washing and drying applications in a single machine. The human-machine interface (HMI) enables users to perform a variety of processing cycles; including flooding, spray wash, rinse, reverse spin and drying in any combination or order and store the programs for future use.

The centrifugal process generates 300 Gs to remove most process lubricants, while wash, spray or swirl cycles used with aqueous or dissolving solutions remove any other residual particulates. When necessary, controlled heating can supplement the cleaning and drying action with temperature monitoring up to 250°F.

The integral jib crane and hoist system offers customers the flexibility of machine location within their facilities.
