The AccuRod precision-ground barstock for close tolerance machining applications consistent of size tolerance and roundness, which enable faster machine rpm, thus decreasing cycle times and extending tool life. A variety of materials are in stock, including stainless and carbon steels, titanium, medical alloys and heat-treated material. Bars are furnished to specification with tolerances to 0.000050”. In addition to grinding services, other capabilities include straightening, polishing and precision-processed blanks.
