The JobBoss Quality Toolkit version 8.0, an add-on module for Exact JobBoss, enables job shops to easily create, link, track and manage the lifecycle of quality activities and documents. Focusing on nonconformances, corrective preventative actions, tool and equipment maintenance, document control and to-do lists, the module allows shops to automate time-intensive processes. This functionality helps provide the framework for maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Enhancements to the modules include options for write-back nonconformance (NC) origination notepad to JobBoss internal notepad, completion of NC origination or closing of the NC; option to write back selected costs of nonconformance to JobBoss job, material tab upon closing of the NC; the ability to upload/use digital signature (bitmap); usability improvements including the ability to change login user on the fly, and the addition of previous and next buttons; and several new reports.
