Maintenance Technologies' MachineMate-based retrofit CNC package are designed as an all-inclusive control replacement package. The new retrofit delivers improved processing speed and increased memory in a PC-based package using Windows format software. The control retrofit, designed for Cincinnati Arrow 500 or 750 vertical machining centers, features a 2 millisecond servo update rate, Ethernet and USB ports, 20 GB or more free memory and a 15" touchscreen color LCD display and extends the machine's useful life for another decade or more, according to the company.
