The Aquamaster CD rotary drum parts cleaning system is designed for the inline cleaning and drying of a variety of manufactured components. Gentle tumbling, combined with high volume spray, effectively removes coolant chips, oil, manufacturing soils and other unwanted contaminants. Standard designs are equipped with a heated wash and ambient air blow off. Heated blow off is also available as an optional accessory. The rotary drum machines are fabricated form stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials.
The auger-style rotary drum includes a variable speed drive for controlling product throughput. Drum perforations are sized based on part type and configuration. These perforations allow the cleaning solution to flush contamination form the parts. Alliance's "full access" canopy is incorporated in the machine design to allow for easy access to the rotary drum and internal components. Standard machines can be customized for special requirements.
