The Cyclone-25 CS is a seven-axis sliding headstock CNC turning center with a counter spindle. Armed with up to 27 cutting tools and the ability to do simultaneous work with the main spindle and the counterspindle the Cyclone-25 CS allows a user to complete parts in one setup. Do front end, back end, turning and milling work in one setup. The configuration also allows for shorter cycle times because of the counterspindle can work simultaneously with the main spindle. The machine does not require the use of ground barstock like standard Swiss-style machines, which represents an additional costs savings when using this machine design.
